When my son was diagnosed with ADHD at 7 and Aspergerās at 9, I was determined to help him thrive ā but I quickly realized how limited the resources were for families like ours. I spent years searching for answers, learning through trial and error, and advocating for his needs. It was overwhelming at times, but it taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of finding the right support.
Now, more than a decade later, my son is 22, and Iāve turned that hard-earned experience into a mission: to be the resource I once needed but couldnāt find. Through my work with teens, young adults, and families, I offer practical strategies, emotional support, and a safe space to navigate lifeās challenges.
This journey has given me firsthand insight into the unique ways individuals on the spectrum experience the world, as well as the strategies, patience, and encouragement that can help them thrive. Iāve learned to celebrate differences, adapt to changing needs, and create an environment where strengths are recognized and supported. Whether working with teens, young adults, or families, I combine compassion with practical strategies to help others build self-confidence, develop life skills, and navigate transitions.
I believe every individualāneurodivergent or notādeserves to be seen, understood, and empowered to build a fulfilling life. My approach combines compassion, real-world tools, and the understanding that comes only from walking this journey firsthand. My lived experience allows me to connect with authenticity, understanding, and hopeābecause I know from personal and professional experience that progress is always possible.
